If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the the original payment type. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable.

We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped in the order they are received and usually ship within 7 days. If your order is a rush order, please add a message stating this in the Special Instructions. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It may take from 3-5 days for orders to reach their destination from North Pole, Alaska. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered merchandise by shipping companies. Shipping insurance is available if requested.
